At Frieda & Sophie, we hope you love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email hello@friedaandsophie.com within 14 days of receiving your order, clearly stating that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Return Conditions

Please handle items with care and return them securely packaged, preferably in their original packaging.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical shop. If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality, we may make a deduction for any resulting reduction in value, where permitted by law.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping when exercising their right of withdrawal.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

Refunds

We will refund eligible payments, including the cost of standard outbound delivery where required by law, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of sending them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at hello@friedaandsophie.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful where available.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Your statutory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected by this return policy.
